Pretty much anyone can make money online; there are just a LOT of pitfalls and scams to look out for.
A lot of the answers you get when you ask questions like this are scams – if you are told to buy something by someone who doesn’t actually address the question properly, or who speaks in very bad English, you should move on.
Personally I would suggest trying some forums for people looking to make money online, or people who are already successful with it.
